I finally had a Niagara Falls tour last week, however, I must tell you that you should be careful when you choose your tour company. The waterfall is absolutely beautiful and amazing, but just a good tour could guarantee that you could fully benefit from the beautiful scenery.

As a must be seen, Niagara Falls has become a world-wide popular scenic spot. Many tour companies have Niagara tour line, so I have booked one which has the name of so-called king travel. However, I had not been pleased with it through my whole tour, and I’d never choose it again.

I came across many problems in this unhappy tour. The bus would pick me up from the hotel at 8:45 am on the tour schedule, therefore i got up at 8:00 each morning. When I brushed my teeth, my cellular phone was ringing, and I was told to get downstairs right now. I had already confirmed enough time with the tour guide the day before yesterday, however, he didn’t tell me that the grab time would be half an hour earlier than the predetermined time. THEREFORE I had to hurry up and get on the bus.

The staff were very rude. I paid an extra fee for $80, and I asked why they charged me $160 rather than specified $80. They explained that there was a growing fee of the tax. But finally it proved that I had covered 2 people. Though they repaid the money to me, they didn’t apologize to me. Moreover, they pretended to be modest while watching passengers, these were very rude in private.

Rather than explaining the scenery and formations of Niagara Falls to us, he tried his far better persuade us to get souvenirs. Furthermore, our group cancelled the scenic spot – the flower clock, as the tour guide said that people didn’t have enough time. Along the way back to our hotel, the tour bus didn’t stop directly while watching hotel, so we had to walk 15 minutes to obtain back. I was very tired after a day’s sightseeing, and I visited bed as soon as I entered my room.
